The King’s University at Santa Clarita Teaching Site* is tucked away just outside of the city of Los Angeles in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley. The city of Santa Clarita, recently ranked in the top 100 most desired cities by Money magazine, boasts itself as an idyllic California community for work, recreation, and family life.

TKU Santa Clarita was established in early 2013 by The Church on the Way Santa Clarita as an opportunity for students to go deeper in their understanding of God’s Word while practically applying their studies in the setting of a local church and community.

TKU Santa Clarita offers students a challenging education with world class professors in an intimate and interactive class environment, while affording them opportunities for relationship building and ministry alongside innovators and pioneers in Christian ministry from across the United States and abroad.

*Teaching Sites/Extension Sites are locations away from the main campus at which the institution offers less than 50% of an educational program.  Students at this Teaching Site who wish to complete their programs are encouraged to speak with their Academic Advisor about transferring either into an Online degree program, or to one of our locations that offers full degrees (Southlake, Modesto, Van Nuys).

The Church On The Way Santa Clarita is a congregation that exists for the purpose of Loving God, Serving People, and Changing Lives. As a congregation, we bear witness to the world of God’s love as revealed in His Son Jesus Christ:

* The Savior * The Baptizer with the Holy Spirit * The Healer * The Soon-Coming King *

We choose to serve our community in His same love and power, knowing, “He is the same yesterday, today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). At The Church On The Way Santa Clarita our vision is:

  • To teach the Word of God
  • To spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ
  • To be empowered by the Holy Spirit

We seek to motivate one another to acts of love and good works (Hebrews 10:24 NLT) by becoming nourished, molded, equipped, and empowered to fulfill one’s God-ordained, created purpose and ministry. As a people, we choose to care for one another, and sensitively reach our city and our world that all may be saved, being brought to a living faith in Christ as Savior and Lord.
